Q: What does "Real Touch" mean?
A: "Real Touch" refers to a specialized coating applied to our botanical collections. Unlike traditional silk, these materials have a slightly moist, cool, and velvety feel, mimicking the specific "fleshy" texture of live plants.
Q: Do your flowers have a scent?
A: Our botanicals are unscented, making them a perfect, allergy-friendly choice for sensitive homes or offices. You can, however, lightly mist your favorite home fragrance near the arrangement if you desire a scent.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are carefully inspected and shipped from our artisan studio in Ningbo, China.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We take pride in our artisan inspection process. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, standard international delivery typically takes 7 - 14 business days. Total estimated arrival is 10 - 19 business days.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
Shipping Cost:
- Carbon-Conscious Shipping (Orders $100.00 and up): FREE
- Carbon-Conscious Shipping (Orders under $100.00): $10.00 Flat Rate
Q: How are the items packaged?
A: We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging designed to protect our delicate stems and jewelry. Rings are nestled in premium velvet boxes, while bouquets are secured to prevent bending or crushing during their international journey.

A: We process all payments securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, you can checkout as a guest using major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. We do not store any payment information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PayPal’s industry-leading secure gateway.
Care & Styling
Q: How do I care for my preserved flower ring?
A: To keep your jewelry blooming, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or lotions. Store your ring in its original box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Q: How do I clean my faux flowers?
A: Maintenance is effortless. For routine dusting, simply use a hairdryer on a cool air setting to gently blow away dust. For "Real Touch" items, a soft, damp cloth can be used to wipe petals.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in China. Please refer to our [Returns & Refunds] page for full details.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We are so sorry! Please contact us at support@ecoperennial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
