1. Order Processing Time

Whether it’s a grand floral arrangement or a delicate piece of jewelry, each order is prepared with artisan attention to detail.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to prepare your order.

  • What we do during this time: We carefully inspect every petal and clasp, secure botanical elements, and prepare eco-friendly packaging designed to protect your items during transit.

Note: Processing times may slightly increase during peak seasonal periods or special collection launches.


2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are proud to offer tracked international shipping from our boutique studio in Ningbo, China, bringing our "Secret Garden" collections to homes across the globe.

Shipping Cost:

  • Carbon-Conscious Shipping (Orders $100.00 and up): FREE
  • Carbon-Conscious Shipping (Orders under $100.00): $10.00 Flat Rate

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: 10 - 19 business days (including processing time).

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Factors such as local customs processing and regional holidays may occasionally impact delivery dates. We appreciate your patience as your sustainable decor and jewelry make their way to you.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please reach out to support@ecoperennial.com and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue


3. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that Eco Perennial is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected at the time of delivery.


5. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

While we take every precaution to protect our delicate products—from sturdy bouquet boxes to soft jewelry pouches—we understand that transit can be unpredictable.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please contact us at support@ecoperennial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will work quickly to send a replacement or find a fair solution.

  • If you receive the wrong item: Please reach out immediately so we can correct the error and get the right piece to you.


6. Sustainable Packaging

In line with our mission, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We use minimalist, recyclable, or compostable materials whenever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging once your blooms and accessories have found their new home.
