Our Philosophy

At Eco Perennial, we strive for perfection in every creation—from our grand floral arrangements to our delicate preserved flower jewelry. Our goal is to bring everlasting beauty into your home through our curated botanical art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find a solution that blooms for you.

As a brand committed to sustainability, we encourage mindful shopping to minimize the environmental impact of shipping and carbon emissions.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original state.

  • In its original packaging (this is crucial to protect delicate preserved petals, jewelry settings, and "Real Touch" textures during transit).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns that arrive damaged due to improper repacking may not be eligible for a full refund.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@ecoperennial.com.

  1. Request Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  2. Important Address Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the original sender address on the package. This is not our return center, and items sent there cannot be processed.

  3. No Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through email will not be accepted or refunded.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues (Defects/Damage): If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Preference: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping fees to our studio in Ningbo, China, as well as any associated customs duties. No additional restocking fees apply.


5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging and the jewelry or floral item).

  • We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right via a replacement or a refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items or "Last Chance" clearance products.

  • Custom-made or bespoke floral arrangements.

  • Gift cards.

  • Natural Variation: Since we use real preserved flowers, slight variations in color, size, and shape from the product images are natural and are not considered defects.


7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your blooms or jewelry aren't quite right for your space, we encourage you to consider gifting them to a friend or loved one before opting for an international return.
